Firefox help on a mac?

Ugh, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to fix this. On my keyboard my "page up" and "page down" buttons work for every other program but somehow just STOPPED working in Firefox and firefox ONLY. The "home" and "end" keys work but the TWO integral ones--NADA.Any suggestions? I'm completely dumbfounded and after a week, my fucking wrist hurts.Nevermind, I resolved it myself--apparently if you hit "f7" accidentally it fucks everything all up and turns on caret browsing (which I'm assuming you'd want to use if you like carpal tunnel) but if you hit it again all the keys work fine. How Ghey.In other news, I have been working my ASS off at the gym--like 2 classes a day and a trainer--I refuse to become one of those flabby skinny chicks. The Abs & Stretch class teacher asked if I was a dancer today which is like the hugest compliment anyone could pay me because, let's face it--that ship sailed almost a DECADE ago. Bitch still got it!

Yeah, I pretty much need someone screaming at me and a room full of people to be competetive with to get me to do crunches or lift weights.

I have been doing so much ab work that my fucking stomach burns -- if I don't have major definition before my performances at Fetish Factory, I'm gonna burn the gym down.

Yo, I found the fix and reposted it in this entry :)

When you say two classes a day, what times are you generally working out? I'm looking for someone to take me to the gym with them - only I get out of works at noon and need to be in bed asleep by 8pm.

Ah... exercise. That seems like such a distant memory :PI used to have quite big built arm muscles like 3 years ago lol. I pumped weights obsessively everyday! The butch look didn't really suit me though so I cut down on the weights.I wish I could do some exercise right now but feel to ill to do anything... Yu have inspired me to do some the moment I don't feel like death though ^_^x

Remember: not MORE is better ... BETTER is better. Definition only comes through fatloss ...I wholeheartedly agree on the "skinny flabby chick"-hate. But make sure you don't become one of these "bitter-looking skinny chicks trying to get really cut" ...How's Nikolaos doin? He never posts anymore?

She was, as always, an original. She pioneered the Polka-Breakdance fusion school of dancing. It's in Wiki!

I just hide my posts from you. ;)Yeah, I almost never post. I am doing well though. Joined the gym with her and am also going at it hard. Have to take a break today though. My body needs a rest and appointments are forcing it. We joined 2 weeks ago and the changes are already impressive. My apartment's basement gym just wasn't doing this for me and I'm kinda hooked at the moment. In fact, I'm sitting here looking forward to going tomorrow night.

A docudrama about the Polka-Breakdance fusion school is coming out in the Fall. It'll be directed by David LaChappelle and produced by Oprah. Can we get a sound bite from you?

Nah, I'm working with someone to tone and lengthen. I don't want to be bulky at all. I just mainly want to get stomach tone and get rid of the dreaded "flabby upper arm" thing.

Right now it kinda depends on a particular whim or my shoot schedule. I try to do something during the day in the afternoon, then I try to do something with Nicholas when he gets off work

LOL - sounds like you and I are talking about two totally "different" things!

honey just look at yourself in your pictures and see you got a total hot bod. But of course it is important to keep exercising. just don't over do it and loose muscle mass.might be seeing you at the Fetish Factory anniversary party as it seems my plans for the berlin fetish ball are falling through. damn that pricey air fare!

out of curiousity does your breasts hurt when you do physical workouts? I figured that breast implants would hurt, get damaged or something...or does the body take time to accept the implants ? I was actually thinking about getting implants

A sound-bite? Sure and I'll do you one better you an the missus can have a real bite at the Fetish Factory Anniversary party.

No man, I used to be a ballerina

No, they don't hurt. The only thing that's recommended is that you shouldn't do massive chest exercises if you have sub-pectorial implants, which I have.Just think--there are a ton of fit women with fake boobs, so you must be able to still work out if you have them--otherwise every girl with implants would be flabby. You can't work out AT ALL for at least a month after surgery and you can't lift anything over 10 pounds for 2 weeks. I recommend getting this info dvd called "The Naked Truth About Plastic Surgery" Volume 2 (breast implants, etc) from my surgeon Garth Fisher if you're really serious about possibly getting implants. It's informative and tells you EVERYTHING you need to know.

I'm mainly doing pilates and dance-oriented workouts that deal with toning and lengthening muscles, rather than building bulk.

i am fast becoming one of those skinny flabby chicks. fuck aging. i actually have to start working out and i think i'd rather shoot myself in the face than do regular cardio.

hiwhich crunch are you liking? i need/want to commit to somethingsomething with classes i like and a personal trainer to focus with meyou have guest passes?... ;) if i sign up and reference you do you get something? how did you find the personal trainer for you??? and if you don't mind me asking, how much is it?(back in LA a year ago i was seeing a personal trainer once a week. i think this was the greatest thing i ever did. make appointmen = keep appointment = work out really well and regularly. though it's been a while now... found myself doing iyengar yoga once a week for a few months there... and i was with clay for a lil while... but yes. drinkin wine = long winded comments. scuzee thanks);p i am ready to shed the layer i've grown over this year. will be nice.

hey Miss D - could you tell me a bit about working with Monica Mendez? [got the name wrong last time, woops] Would you reccomend her? you could email me zoetica@gmail.com if that's easier

wgkingthehiahtay said...

Monica is awesome--I love her so much--she is talented, down to earth and fun to hang with as well. I HIGHLY recommend her. Please pass along my hello if you speak to her. I was really upset I couldn't get together with her last time, so if you see/work with her send my regards! Hopefully I will see her (and it would be nice to finally see you in person) in June :)

My main one is lafayette (close to astor) but I've been taking classes at union sq and 13th st as well since all are really close. I have guest passes, send me your email/digits and let's hook up.I have been so much happier and energetic since I started there. I have a little gym in my building but it wasn't really enough. It's good since I'm back in a semi-competitive environment and I'm using my dance training, so I'm much more motivated. It's generally about $90/mo, but you can go to any crunch in the city, and take unlimited classes. You also get a free training session (trainers are generally $70/hr).

Oh. my. god. A ballerina?!? :dies:You're my hero. That's incredible! ..Could you tell me a little about it? Did you dance for a ballet company? If so, for how long?
